Our Customer Service team is always ready to help! We believe in the timeliness of customer service, and will do everything possible to satisfy our customers' needs. If you have any problems, comments, or suggestions, please contact us through the following methods:

Online Help – Our live chat support will be online from Monday through Friday 10am to 5pm PST. Requests will be replied within 3 minutes. (Responses may be slower during peak seasons)
Submit a Ticket – Please note, you will need to have an order created in order to submit a ticket. When submitting a ticket, please log on to your MMC account and click on “My Orders” tab, then click on the order you would like to have your concern addressed, then select a topic and submit a ticket. All tickets will be responded to within 24 hours. (Responses may be slower during peak seasons)

For questions after you have made a purchase, please log in to your account and click on My Orders tab then select the order that you need help with. In the Order Details page, you can easily review order details, track order progress, and ask for help by submitting a Customer Service Ticket. We typically respond to all tickets within 1 working day.
