Returns & Exchanges is an online boutique that guarantees customer satisfaction based on our excellent styles and designs and proven reliability. Our QA team ensures that your ordered products are at the highest quality and are functioning correctly before they are packaged out and sent out to you. However, if you are not satisfied with the items you received, you may opt to receive a refund. To do so please submit a ticket by hovering over “Online help” on the right hand corner and select “Submit a ticket”. We will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible!

30 Days Hassle-Free Return Policy:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of your order shipment date.

However, tights, jewelry, swimwear, lingerie and accessories are not allowed to be returned or exchanged.
Please make sure the goodies are in perfect condition and well packaged when it’s returning back to us. All original tags must be attached, footwear must be in its original shoebox. Anything that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in anyway cannot be returned.

How do I make an Exchange?

To make exchanges fast and easy, please login to our website and place a new order for the item you would like to receive in exchange. You will need to complete the checkout and make a payment, and it will be shipped to you with free ground shipping within the contiguous United States.

How do I make a Return?

  • Step 1: Sign in to your account and submit a ticket to let us know you are returning the item for a refund
  • Step 2: To receive a refund, you are responsible for paying the return shipping fee and sending out the package back to us. You may request for a return label for a flat fee of $5 per label, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded you.
  • Step 3: Pack it up. Place your item(s) (in unworn condition) and include a copy of your order confirmation page within the package. If you misplaced your invoice, simply go to My Account, click on your Order History, and select the correct order number and print.
  • Step 4: Send it off. Affix your printed shipping label to your package and make sure there are no other shipping labels or barcodes on it. Jot down the tracking number to keep track of its’ progress.
  • Step 5: Drop off at your nearest USPS location.
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for transit time, plus an additional 7-10 business days for processing after arrival at our Fulfillment Center. You will receive an email once we process your refund.
