Returns & Exchanges is an online boutique that guarantees customer satisfaction based on our excellent styles and designs and proven reliability. Our QA team ensures that the products you ordered are of top quality and function well before they are packaged up and sent out to you. However, if you are not satisfied with the items you received, you may opt to return them for a refund or exchange. To do so, please submit a ticket by hovering over “Online help” in the right hand corner and selecting “Submit a ticket” in your account. We will do our best to resolve any issues as efficiently as possible!

30-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy:

Returns are accepted within 30 days since you receive the order.

However, all Sales are Final for all accessories, swimwear, undergarments, intimates and tights.
Please make sure the goods are in perfect condition and well packaged when they are returned to us. All original tags must be attached and footwear must be in its original box. Anything that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in anyway cannot be returned.

The original shipping fee does not include or account for refunds on your return. Shipping charges on returns are non-refundable.

How do I make an Exchange?

To make exchanges fast and easy, please login to our website and place a new order for the item you would like to receive in exchange. You will need to complete the checkout and make a payment, and it will be shipped to you with ground shipping within the contiguous United States.

How do I make a Return?

  • Step 1: Log in your account and submit a ticket to let us know you are returning some item for a refund.
  • Step 2: You may require for a return label with a flat fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the refund.
  • Step 3: Package the item(s) up. Pack the item(s) to be returned into the original parcel, enclosing your order confirmation information. If you have misplaced your invoice, simply go to My Account, clicking MY ORDERS, and select the correct order to print.
  • Step 4: Send the package. Affix the printed shipping label to the package and make sure there are no other shipping labels or bar codes on it. Write down the tracking number to keep track of its progress.
  • Step 5: Contact USPS for mailing.

Return Requirements:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must in new/unworn condition with all original tags and packaging.
  • Footwear must be returned in the original shoe box without postage labels or tape attached. And apparel must be returned in the original plastic package with bar codes.
  • Failure to abide by the Return Policy will result in a 50% restocking fee.

All Sales Are Final for all accessories, swimwear, undergarments, intimates and tights.
Please allow 5-7 business days for transit, plus an additional 7-10 business days for processing after arrival at our Fulfillment Center. You will receive a notification email once we process your refund.

Once you have done the return, please inform us via ticket about your return tracking number and the courier so that we can receive the returned item and refund you in accordance with the Return Policy soon.
