What is your return policy? 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it for a refund within thirty (30) days from the date of receiving the order. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
• Complete Product Return Form. Download Here. Returns without the Product Return Form and Invoice copy will cause delay in processing time.
• Original packaging is required along with any original tags from apparel items if applicable. Shoe boxes must be wrapped with thick paper/plastic. Unwrapped packages will be subject to a 50% per-item restocking fee.
• Only new unworn items are accepted. If returned items have been worn, a 50% restocking fee will be applied

**Always keep a record of your return tracking numbers and receipts**
Refunds are processed within 15 business days after our receipt of package. Refunds will be credited via the original payment method. Refunds may take three (3) to five (5) business days to post to your account, depending on your bank and/or credit agency. If you do not receive your refund within fifteen (15) business days of our receiving your package, please contact us at returns@makemechic.com with your order information. If a package is refused or undeliverable, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact us to request reshipment, otherwise packages will be processed as a return. Reshipments will incur a reshipping fee.

Vouchers purchased from a third party company(ie: Groupon or Living Social), returns or refunds can only be processed as store credit in form of a coupon code that will expire in 30 days of processing.

Damaged/Defective/Wrong item Policy: We strive to make every purchase correct and check for any damages prior to shipping. If you recieve an item that was not ordered or is defective, please prepare clear images of the item and email us with your order# to orders@makemechic.com and we will make it right. Item must be unworn and reported within 30 days of purchase. 

Returns are subject to a shipping deduction if free shipping was used on the order unless a new exchange purchase is made or if original items kept still exceeds $60.


All sales are final for clearance items (including products $10 or less, which may not be shipped with its original shoe box), reduced price items, buy 1 get 1 free, shoes under $20, hot deals, swimwear, accessories, international/ Canada orders, lingerie, costumes, Leg Avenue, and Be Wicked items.

NOTE: If return packages are received with any balanced owed on the postage, the shipping fees will be deducted from return credit amount. To avoid added postage fees, we recommend sending back packages with USPS priority mail service.

Because Fashion items turn over rapidly, we cannot hold items for exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the instruction below. Customers are responsible for the return shipping.
