If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, you may send it back to us for a refund. We accept returns postmarked within thirty (30) days from the date your package ships from us. Final sale items excluded. If items are worn, altered, or over 30 days, we will not accept the return. Returns without wrapping or shoe boxes are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fee.
Here are the steps to return or exchange your item(s):
- Complete Product Return & Exchange Form. Download Here. Make sure the form is filled out with your order number and placed in your returns parcel. We can’t process your return without these details.
- If you would like to exchange your product for a different item, please fill out the Exchange portion of the form and we will send back your requested item to you with Free standard ground shipping! In cases where the item requested is not available, a refund for the item will be issued instead. If you need your item urgently, please go ahead and place a new order and note it on the Return & Exchange Form.
- Please return your item in brand new condition. Original tag or shoe box is required. The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, so remember shoe boxes must be wrapped or protected with suitable packaging and ask for proof of postage in case it goes missing. Unwrapped packages will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Always keep a record of your return tracking numbers. Refunds are processed within 15 business days after our receipt of package. We'll send you an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. Refunds will be credited via the original payment method. Refunds may take three (3) to five (5) business days to post to your account, depending on your bank and/or credit agency. If you do not receive your refund within fifteen (15) business days of our receiving your package, please email us at email@example.com with your order information. If a package is refused or undeliverable, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact us to request reshipment, otherwise packages will be processed as a return with any return shipping fees incurred. Reshipments will incur a reshipping fee.
