How long will my package take to deliver?

• Standard Ground (2-10 business days)

What are the shipping rates?

Free Shipping for all continental US orders $50+ on any items! No code required. We offer a $8.99 flat rate shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.  And a flat rate of $12.99 for all other areas such as APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, or other US territories. The grand total in your cart must be $50 or more after any promotion/discount codes are applied.

Free shipping does not apply to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, or other US territories. Shipping rates for 2nd day or Overnight shipping is based on actual weight of the total items purchased.

Shipping quotes can be estimated when viewing your shopping cart.

US Orders?

Flat Rate Shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states is generally handled by:

Generally, these methods take between two (2) to ten (10) business days for delivery once packages leave our facility.

USPS services will be used for shipping addresses that include:

  • PO Boxes
  • US territories (ie: PR, Virgin Islands, Guam)
  • Military bases (ie: APO/FPO)
  • Hawaii
  • Alaska

Shipments via USPS Priority Mail normally take approximately seven (7) to fifteen (15) business days. APO/FPO may take up to 30 business days to complete delivery, depending on local USPS facility.

Because the post office does not scan the label during pick up, USPS delivery confirmation numbers will only be updated when the package is delivered. International orders require extra time for customs and inspection.

If your country is not listed in our checkout list, Make Me Chic does not ship to this location. If your country is not listed in the drop down of countries we ship to in the checkout page, then we recommend you using a mail forwarding company. You would be charged the standard domestic rate from us to ship the package to your desired forwarding company.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the delivery address is correct before checkout.

If the package is damaged or stolen after delivery via FedEx, report to us immediately: we as the shipper will file an insurance claim for you. Completion of the claim typically takes approximately ten (10) to fifteen (15) business days to process for ground shipments and up to thirty (30) business days for international shipments.

2Day Shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states is generally handled by:

FedEx 2day Shipping usually takes 2 business days to get your items delivered once the package leave our facility.  Before choosing this shipping method, we would encourage you to Check transit times.

Please note FedEx 2Day only in service from Monday to Friday.   Expedited orders placed before 9am PST will be shipped the same day or the following business day if placed on the weekend.

Please note:  some packages may require a signature and will not be released without a signature. The delivery of your package may be delayed if no one is present at the time of delivery.                                                                                                               

Standard Overnight Shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states is generally handled by:

Standard Overnight Shipping available from Monday to Friday. Generally the packages will delivery by 3:00pm to most US addresses; by 4:30pm to rural areas.  Check transit times.

Please note:  some packages may require a signature and will not be released without a signature. The delivery of your package may be delayed if no one is present at the time of delivery.

Refused/Undeliverable Packages:

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the delivery address is correct before checkout. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us. Reshipments will incur a reshipping fee.

Damaged/Loss Packages:

If the package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at orders@makemechic.com or call us at 909-595-3330 (Monday-Friday 9am PST to 5pm PST).

International Orders

• Ground (2 - 4 weeks) This service is only available to select destinations
• International Economy (7-15 business days)
• International Priority (3-6 business days)
Expedited shipment time cannot be guaranteed due to possible delays in customs.

All international orders are subject to duties, taxes and fees as determined by your local government. FedEx and USPS only act as the collectors for the fees due to Customs, and may issue additional invoices as a part of the duties and taxes imposed by your country's customs department.

MakeMeChic.com is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by your country's government.

All international purchases are final and are not eligible for Returns or Exchanges. Any international returns are considered unauthorized and will incur a 50% restocking fee.

If a package is refused or undeliverable, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact us to request reshipment, otherwise packages will be processed as a return. Reshipments will incur a reshipping fee.
